A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon signing of the service agreement, to secure booking.

The remaining 50% of the total package cost is due 14 days before the start of the event.

Late payments will incur a 5% late fee for each week past the due date. Services will be delayed until full payment is received.

Payments can be made via electronic funds transfer. all payments must be made in USD unless otherwise agreed on in writing.

Any changes to the services or pricing must be agreed on in writing by all parties and may result in additional charges.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date of the event will receive a 50% refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date of the event are not refundable. In the unlikely event that Agile Units Holdings cancels services, a full refund of all payments received will be issued.

All client information and engagements are handled with strict confidentiality. Agile Units Holdings will not disclose any client information without prior consent.
